The Bovine Total Milk Protein ELISA Kit is a microwell sandwich ELISA, used for the quantitative analysis of low levels of bovine total milk residues in food products, ingredients, clean in place (CIP) rinses and environmental swabs in a 96 well format. The quantity of protein in the sample can be extrapolated from the standard curve, constructed from standards of know concentration, and adjusted to consider the sample dilution.

Veratox for Total Milk Allergen is used for the quantitative analysis of milk residue in food products and clean-in-place rinses. Can also be used to screen environmental swabs.

The Milk Protein Rapid kit is a qualitative immunochromatographic lateral flow test designed for screening for the presence of milk protein residues in food products, ingredients, clean in place (CIP) final rinse water and environmental swabs. A control line assures the test is working properly, and the other two lines outline nondetectable, low, and high levels of milk protein.

Reveal® 3-D for Total Milk offers results in just 5 minutes and can be used in virtually any environment to screen for milk residue (casein or whey) with environmental swabs, liquid products (such as juices and sorbet) and clean-in-place rinses. The Reveal 3-D line of food allergen tests kits is uniquely designed to guard against oversaturation and false negative results, with results displayed in three visual lines on the lateral flow test strip. A control line assures the test is working properly, and two other lines outline nondetectable, low, and high levels of total milk.

Veratox® VIP (Veratox Improvement Platform) for Walnut Allergen offers enhanced quantitative analysis of very low levels of raw and further-processed walnut residues in a wide variety of food products, ingredients, and clean-in-place rinses. This product can also be used to screen environmental swabs.
