This additive is used in conjunction with Veratox for Gliadin and Alert for Gliadin in evaluating samples containing high levels of tannins, cocoa or dark chocolate.

Used with Veratox for Gliadin and Alert for Gliadin for extracting heat processed samples.

This Allergen Extraction Kit contains the sample extraction materials to extract any unintended peanut, almond, crustacea, hazelnut, egg, lupine, milk, mustard, soy or gliadin residues in food.

The Neogen® Stat-Fax 4700 Microwell Reader is a compact, microprocessor-controlled, multi-purpose photometer system designed to read and calculate the results of assays, which are read in microtiter strips.

Neogen’s new Reveal 3-D Food Buffer expands the capabilities of select Reveal 3-D products to include testing of food products and ingredients. This qualitative method utilizes this buffer, a representative sampling protocol, and a simple procedure to detect low levels of allergen residues in foods. This method can be applied across a wide variety of product types and gives rapid results, facilitating decision making and enhancing manufacturing efficiencies. The Reveal 3-D for Food Buffer is for use with the following Neogen® Reveal 3-D products (Almond, Coconut, Egg, Hazelnut, Peanut, and Soy). Please consult respective product kit insert for procedure details.

Alert® for Total Milk Allergen is used as a screening tool to test raw ingredients, in clean-in-place rinses, on environmental surfaces, or product throughout the production process, for the presence of milk residue.

BioKits BLG Assay Kit is used for the detection and quantification of β-lactoglobulin (BLG) in food products and environmental swabs by enzyme immunoassay.

BioKits Walnut Assay Kit is used for the detection and quantification of walnut in foods and environmental swabs.

BioKits Peanut Assay Kit is used for the detection and quantification of peanut in foods and environmental swabs.

Veratox® for Coconut Allergen is intended for the full quantitative analysis or simple screening of coconut protein residues on surfaces, clean-inplace rinses and in food products such as beverages, cookies, crackers, chocolate bars, ice cream and cereals. The test provides food processors a method to easily determine if an ingredient or product has been subjected to cross-contact with coconut residue. Can also be used to screen environmental swabs.

Veratox® for Casein Allergen is used for the quantitative analysis of casein residue in food products such as juices, wine, sauces, sorbets, or clean-in-place rinses. Can also be used to screen environmental swabs.

Veratox® for Hazelnut Allergen is used for the quantitative or qualitative analysis of hazelnut residues in food products such as cookies, crackers, chocolate bars, ice cream and cereals. Can also be used to screen environmental swabs.

Reveal® 3-D for Hazelnut offers results in just 5 minutes and can be used in virtually any environment to screen environmental swabs and clean-in-place rinses. The Reveal 3-D line of food allergen tests kits is uniquely designed to guard against oversaturation and false negative results, with results displayed in three visual lines on the lateral flow test strip. A control line assures the test is working properly, and two other lines outline nondetectable, low, and high levels of hazelnut.

Veratox® for Mustard Allergen is used for the quantitative analysis of mustard proteins in food products such as spices, sauces, dressings, meats and clean-in-place rinses. Can also be used to screen environmental swabs.
